When a patient presses any emergency or nurse call button, the system immediately sends a priority-based alert to the nurse station, displaying room and bed number with corresponding call type color (e.g., red for emergencies, blue for Code Blue). IP speakers ensure alerts are heard even when staff are away.

Emergency calls can be initiated via wireless pendant, pull-cord in the toilet, handset red button, big wall button, or bedside intercom. Elderly patients can choose the most accessible and comfortable way to seek help anytime, anywhere.

Incoming calls are automatically sorted by priority (e.g., emergency first), displayed with colored tags. Unprocessed calls are clearly marked and logged for traceability. Caregivers press “Presence” when they enter the room, completing the care workflow.

The big-button phone allows patients to one-touch call up to 8 predefined contacts. Calls from family members can be auto-answered, allowing them to check on patient status even if the patient cannot answer manually.
